Equipment process flow:


Main spindle storage and feeding → Main spindle positioning → Sealing ring installation (add guide sleeve to avoid scratching the sealing ring during installation) → Pressure ring installation and detection of sealing ring → Spring installation and detection of pressure ring → Gasket installation and detection of spring → Casting ring installation → Spinning one end of the main spindle → NG kicking waste → Qualified product discharge;


Equipment technical parameters:


(1) Main spindle storage: The main spindle is stored in a hopper type material storage device. After manually identifying the direction of the main spindle, it is placed in the material storage device and sent out one by one through a roller feeder;


(2) Spindle feeding: The clamp cylinder places the spindle thread head downwards into the rotary indexing plate for assembly, and the spindle is placed in both positions simultaneously;


(3) Sealing ring storage: The sealing ring is stored using a skewer rod, which is manually recognized and strung on the skewer rod. The length of the skewer rod is not less than 550mm. The sealing ring is a dual station storage, and the sealing ring storage can be compatible with three specifications of sealing rings by changing the type;


(4) Sealing ring installation: Remove the sealing rings one by one and install them onto the main shaft. Before installation, a guide sleeve should be inserted into one end of the main shaft to protect the inner wall of the sealing ring and avoid scratching the sealing ring at the tip of the main shaft. The sealing ring is installed in two stations, and the sealing ring installation station can be compatible with three specifications of sealing rings by changing the type;


(5) Compressed block storage: Compressed block storage is used to store and supply materials to the equipment through vibration discs. There are two vibration discs, each of which can store two of the three specifications of compressed blocks separately. Both vibration discs support changeover, and the three specifications of compressed blocks can be freely switched;


(6) Spring storage: The spring is stored and supplied to the equipment using a vibrating disc, and the discharge port of the spring vibrating disc is a dual channel; (There is only one specification for springs)


(7) Spring installation: The spring is fed by a vibrating disc and installed on the spindle through an installation mechanism. The spring installation is a dual station installation; (There is only one specification for springs)


(8) Gasket storage: Gaskets are stored using a skewer rod, which is manually recognized and strung on the skewer rod. The length of the skewer rod is not less than 550mm. Gaskets are stored in dual stations (there is only one specification for gaskets);


(9) Gasket installation: Use a gripping mechanism to grab and place the gasket into one end of the spindle. The gasket installation station is a dual station installation (there is only one specification of gasket);


(10) Plug storage: The plug uses a spring and a vibrating disc to store and supply materials to the equipment. The discharge port of the plug vibrating disc is a dual channel; (There is only one specification for the plug)


(11) Plug installation: The plug is fed by a vibrating disc and installed on the spindle through an installation mechanism. The spring installation is a dual station installation. After installation, the plug will be screwed and riveted tightly by a rotary press machine (there is only one specification for the plug)


(12) Spinning detection: During spinning, the height of the spinning head is lowered to determine whether it has been spun to the end. When the spinning head is in place, the in place sensor is lit, otherwise the sensor will not be lit;


(13) Check whether other parts have been installed: When installing the next part, use sensors to sense whether the previous part has been installed. If it has been installed, continue with the next part. If not, remove the product separately at the end;


(14) Qualified product delivery: Two types of qualified products with assembled specifications are sent out separately;
