Fully automatic assembly and inspection for needle roller bearings
Assembly line process
Inner and outer ring feeding → demagnetization of inner and outer rings, ultrasonic cleaning, needle installation machine, spray cleaning → eddy current testing of inner and outer rings → inner and outer diameter width detection → A-side clamp spring pressing and inspection → inner and outer ring measurement and selection, outer ring raceway grease injection → needle installation, few needle inspection → B-side clamp spring pressing and inspection → radial clearance inspection, axial clearance inspection, flexibility inspection → atomization rust prevention → discharge (to be packaged)
