The outer diameter size range of machinable bearings is: φ 20~φ 30mm, φ 30~φ 60mm, and φ 60~φ 90mm;
Can detect cracks with a length>2mm, depth>0.1mm, and width>0.03; The detection pass rate is 100%; (Provide samples and use them for verification);
Eddy current testing: probe scanning inspection, by comparing with the set value, can automatically detect products with cracks exceeding the tolerance;
Testing method: The bearing is placed flat, and the inner ring of the bearing rotates when detecting cracks on the inner diameter surface. The needle machine rotates the outer ring of the bearing when detecting cracks on the outer diameter surface; (The flaw detection instrument adopts the brand Blog Na);
Less ball inspection: Using visual imaging technology (O-Net imaging system), a backlight source and a camera are used to capture and analyze the projection of the bearing under the light source to determine whether the bearing has fewer balls;
Nail height inspection: Contact measurement is used to measure the contact of each nail of the bearing using a Sibo displacement sensor. The nail height inspection is the total nail height inspection;
Work efficiency: 4.0-6.0 seconds/set
