Axial clearance inspection: Method: Horizontal measurement. The bearing is transported to the workstation, with the outer ring of the bearing fixed. Pressure is applied to the inner ring up and down to detect its movement. The recognition accuracy is 0.1 μ m, and the static repeatability is 3-5 μ m. The measurement is made using solid standard parts, and the repeatability is ≤ 2 μ m;

The pressure of the upper and lower pressurization must comply with the relevant standards for clearance measurement, and the pressure can be adjusted according to different models. The lower pressurization is equipped with a pressure sensor;
