Adding Ball Machine - Introduction

The main process flow of the equipment:

Vibration disk storage (retainer) → retainer feeding into mold → customized steel ball and steel ball loading → steel ball pressing into retainer → visual inspection for missing balls → NG kicking waste (kicking waste into the box) → qualified products sent out;

(1) Loading of retainers: The material is stored using a vibrating plate, and the retainers are manually poured into the vibrating plate. The vibrating plate stores the material and supplies it to the equipment. The discharge port of the vibrating plate is a dual channel outlet for two retainers at a time;

(2) Steel ball storage: Steel ball storage is carried out using a ball bottle, which is directly connected to a ball pick-up device below the ball bottle;

(3) Ball loading: Steel balls fall from the ball bottle into the ball extractor, and the quantity of steel balls is determined by the ball extractor. By rotating the lower ball port, the predetermined steel balls are dropped into the ball hole of the lower holder;

(4) Ball pressing: Transfer the steel ball holder with the steel ball in place to the ball pressing station, and use a cylinder to directly press the steel ball into the ball hole of the holder;

(5) Less ball inspection: Visual imaging is used to simultaneously check whether two holders have fewer balls. The camera pixel is 500W, and 100% of the balls are detected; Ball filling machine

(6) Handling: The handling mechanism adopts a dividing disc, which is driven by a four degree dividing device to rotate and realize the operation of the workpiece between each workstation; Ball loading machine
