Assembly line for thrust stamping bearings - Equipment process flow:


Material storage and identification of the vibrating plate, one positive and one negative discharge → feeding on the conveyor belt → feeding on the vibrating plate of the shell and identification of the surface → feeding on the conveyor belt of the shell → placing the shell → placing the piece (checking whether the piece is placed) → placing the steel ball (checking whether the number of steel balls placed is correct) → detecting the shortage of balls in the image and NG discharging → placing the piece (injecting grease on the piece before placing it) → height piece detection (with missing part discharge function) → servo riveting (compensating according to height detection data) → height detection at the riveting point of the shell → flexibility detection → NG discharging → discharge buffering → sending the bearing into the main production line entrance according to the direction requirements

(1) The grease injection tolerance is ± 2%, and 50 sets of continuous normal operation are all within the tolerance range;


(2) The detection rate of steel balls with fewer balls is 100%;


(3) Height detection recognition accuracy of 0.01mm;


(4) The recognition accuracy of height measurement and axial clearance measurement is 0.1 μ m;


Function description:


(1) Shell feeding: The shell vibration plate is used for feeding, and the vibration plate feeds the shell into the device's shell feeding port one by one with the opening facing up;


(2) Chip feeding: The chip is fed onto the vibrating disc, which sends the chip into the equipment entrance and has equipment recognition on both sides;


(3) The transport turntable adopts a splitter structure; Assemble the pieces using the interval feeding method, place the outer shell and lower piece at the interval station in one cycle, and check whether the lower piece is placed in the outer shell;  


(4) Fat injection: Single side grease injection is adopted. When the product reaches the designated position, the grease injection head is injected upwards to prevent the grease injection head from damaging the product. The material requirement for the grease injection head is brass;


(5) Inserting steel balls: The steel balls are stored in a ball bottle, dropped through a ball tube (using a spring tube), and placed into the lower raceway inside the shell, and checked for missing balls;


(6) Steel ball detection: using upper light source image inspection and high-definition camera to check whether the number of steel balls is correct;


(7) Confirmation of grease injection amount: Quantitative injection is carried out through a quantitative pump and a high-pressure liposuction pump, with a grease injection amount of ≮ 0.1g. The oil output should be in accordance with the drawing requirements, and the brand, model, and flow rate of the oil pump should be indicated. The flow rate is controlled by a quantitative valve;


(8) Placing the upper piece: Use a robotic arm to place the upper piece from the conveyor belt onto the steel ball,


(9) Height detection for missing parts: Use a West Rail dial gauge or a Sibo linear resistor for height detection, and the missing parts will be automatically eliminated; Overall height detection: using a Marposs measuring pen and an Oriental measuring instrument to measure the total height of internal components, with a recognition accuracy of 0.1 μ;


(10) Servo riveting: Customized molds are used to rivet the upper edge of the shell, which is completed by riveting with a servo press. The riveting height of the servo press is automatically adjusted based on the height measurement data;


(11) Flexibility check: Using a motor to drive the internal rotation of the product to determine whether its internal parts are stuck due to too tight rolling edges;


(12) Height detection at the riveting point of the shell: Linear resistance is used to detect the height, and contact measurement is used to determine whether the workpiece is riveted;
