1、 Process flow:
① Inner ring: Inner ring feeding → flat demagnetization → ultrasonic cleaning * 1 → cup type spray cleaning * 4 → blow drying/spin drying
② Outer ring: outer ring feeding → flat demagnetization → ultrasonic cleaning * 1 → cup type spray cleaning * 4 → blow drying/spin drying
2、 Demagnetization: Products are demagnetized one by one to avoid magnetic transfer, and the flat plate is demagnetized;
3、 Ultrasonic cleaning: The ultrasonic vibration plate is located below the product channel and uses ultrasonic waves to peel off stubborn residues on the product. Single independent vibrating plate structure, ultrasonic power: 1.2KW, frequency: 25KHz, ultrasonic oscillator adopts integrated control mode; Ultrasonic effective length: 500cm; the ultrasonic band uses a mesh belt to transport the workpiece structure, ensuring that there is no excess material in the equipment;
4、 Spray cleaning: Multiple workstations perform cup type forced positioning cleaning separately;
5、 The cleaning time of the product in ultrasonic cleaning and spray cleaning should not be less than 40 seconds;
6、 Drying method: Compressed air filtered by an air pump is used to dry the bearings through pipelines and blowing pipes;
7、 Air filtration method; Add an air filtration mechanism to the air intake, using coarse and high-efficiency air filters for secondary filtration;
8、 The cleaning oil filtration system adopts a stainless steel five core filter with two-stage filtration (coarse filtration accuracy of 5 μ, fine filtration accuracy of 3 μ) and circulating filtration. The filter should be easy to disassemble and replace the filter element;
9、 The equipment also reserves interfaces for water cooling, oil cooling, and centralized filtration;
10、 It has the functions of detecting, displaying, and alarming the temperature of the cleaning solution. The alarm temperature can be set and the equipment will automatically stop running after the alarm is triggered until the temperature of the cleaning solution drops within the set range;
11、 Pushing method: The feeding claw is installed on the moving device to ensure that there is no need to replace or adjust the fixture within a certain range, no material accumulation, and no contact between products.
