Before starting up the Y41 single column deep throat hydraulic press, a systematic inspection should be carried out, focusing on the oil, circuit, mechanical and safety components. Firstly, the oil inspection should be carried out by opening the back cover of the oil tank and injecting N32 # -46 hydraulic oil to the lower limit of the liquid level gauge (such as injecting about 500 liters for the Y41-200 model). The cleanliness of the oil should be checked, and if it is not used for a long time, it should be filtered or replaced. At the same time, it should be confirmed that the pipeline joints are not loose and the seals are not aging; The second is circuit inspection. Connect the three-phase four wire power supply, close the air switch to confirm that the power indicator light is on, and press the start button to check the motor direction (clockwise rotation of the fan blades is normal); The third is mechanical component inspection, removing debris from the slider stroke and mold space, checking the parallelism between the slider and the worktable, and adding lubricating oil to the control mechanism and friction parts; The fourth is safety and instrument inspection. Release the pressure gauge valve and remote pressure regulating valve, confirm that the pressure gauge, overflow valve and other instruments are not damaged, and check that the emergency stop button is functioning properly. After completing the above inspection, idle for 3-5 minutes and observe whether the slider moves smoothly up and down without any abnormal noise. Only after confirming that all components are normal can it officially start working.
