Positioning Cleaning and Drying Machine - Introduction

Equipment purpose

Used for cleaning semi-finished bearings after riveting the ball cage of the ball bearing assembly set

The device includes functions

a) Flat demagnetization

b) Cup positioning spray cleaning

c) Shake dry

Flat demagnetization: residual magnetization ≤ 0.3mT

The pollution content of a single set of bearings is less than 1.5mg/set

Spin drying: centrifugal spin drying, servo motor driven high-speed rotation, cleaning and testing machine, adjustable rotation speed time, speed 1000rpm

The cleaning oil filtration system adopts a stainless steel five core filter with two-stage filtration (coarse filtration accuracy of 5 μ, fine filtration accuracy of 3 μ) and circulating filtration. The filter should be easy to disassemble and replace the filter element;

Equipped with cleaning solution temperature detection, display, and alarm functions, the alarm temperature can be set and the equipment will automatically stop running after the alarm is triggered until the cleaning solution temperature reaches the set range before it can operate
