Assembly machine for fully automatic assembly and testing of planar thrust bearings
Assembly line process
Material rod+belt conveyor feeding (workpiece channel facing up) → inner diameter detection → inner diameter defective product discharge → outer diameter detection → outer diameter defective product discharge → parallelism difference detection → parallelism difference defective product discharge → flipping the upper piece and not flipping the lower piece → installing the holder component → placing the upper piece → flexibility detection → flexibility defective discharge → discharging the entire line (material rod rotary table type)
