1、 Process flow:

① Inner circle inspection: Inner circle feeding in the previous process → Face recognition → Turning over → Inspection of foreign materials and material crack detection → NG → Product delivery

② Outer circle inspection: Inner circle feeding in the previous process → face recognition → turning over → checking for foreign materials and material cracks → NG → face recognition → turning over → product delivery

2、 Principle of hardness testing: The overall pass through inspection can automatically detect mixed materials and products with excessive hardness by comparing with standard parts;

3、 Principle of crack detection: Using a scanning probe, approach the surface of the ring to be inspected and scan, and detect crack defects by inducing changes in magnetic field;

4、 Can detect cracks with a length>2mm and a depth>0.05mm; The detection pass rate is 100%;

5、 Can detect non-conforming parts with excessive hardness, with a 100% pass rate;
