1、 Process flow:
① Process flow: Inner and outer ring feeding in the previous process → Inner and outer ring groove diameter measurement → Storage of inner and outer rings in the silo → Removal of defective products in the inner and outer rings (excluding out of tolerance parts separately) → Automatic selection → Inner and outer ring combination → Product delivery
2、 Ditch diameter measurement method: vertical measurement method is adopted, parallel linkage measurement mechanism is used, ceramic ball is used as the measuring ball, and the self weight of the product and mechanical assistance are used to ensure that the measurement point is taken at the bottom of the ditch, ensuring the correctness of the measurement;
3、 Clearance calculation: Based on the requirements of the clearance setting value, select inner rings (up to 10 groups), outer rings (up to 15 groups), and steel balls (up to 10 groups) for pairing through clearance calculation method. The center value and deviation value of the clearance can be set on the touch screen;
4、 Inner and outer ring silos: parallel moving silos, with 10 silos in the inner ring and 15 silos in the outer ring, with efficient, precise, and stable screw transmission;
5、 Measurement resolution of 0.1 μ m;
6、 Measurement sensor repeatability accuracy ≤ 0.2 μ m;
7、 The comprehensive measurement accuracy of the measuring institution is ≤ 1 μ m (repeated measurement 20 times)
