1、 Process flow:
① Process flow: In the previous process, the inner and outer rings are fed → The inner ring is positioned → The cage is placed → Steel balls are loaded → The outer ring is heated → The inner and outer rings are combined → The product is sent out
2、 Ball compartment: 11 steel ball compartments can accommodate 11 different specifications of steel balls. The overall mechanism of the ball compartment is stable and reliable, and the micro motion ball picking method is used to avoid squeezing the steel balls during ball picking. The ball compartment is equipped with anti mistake compartment doors;
3、 Outer ring heating: High frequency heating of the outer ring, equipped with a temperature sensor to monitor the temperature of the ring, and high temperature alarm;
4、 Clearance calculation: Based on the requirements of the clearance setting value, select inner rings (up to 10 groups), outer rings (up to 15 groups), and steel balls (up to 10 groups) for pairing through clearance calculation method. The center value and deviation value of the clearance can be set on the touch screen;
5、 Inner and outer ring silos: parallel moving silos, with 10 silos in the inner ring and 15 silos in the outer ring, with efficient, precise, and stable screw transmission;
6、 Measurement resolution of 0.1 μ m;
7、 Measurement sensor repeatability accuracy ≤ 0.2 μ m;
8、 The comprehensive measurement accuracy of the measuring institution is ≤ 1 μ m (repeated measurement 20 times)
