3、 Flexibility check: Using a motor to rotate and drive the inner ring of the bearing, detecting the rotational speed of the inner ring. The motor speed is infinitely adjustable;

4、 Contact angle detection: Drive the inner ring of the bearing to rotate, detect the number of rotations of the steel ball to calculate the contact angle;

5、 Bulge detection: Drive the inner ring of the bearing to rotate and press against the outer ring. The outer ring pressing block adopts a counterweight pressing block, and the weight can be adjusted to measure the protrusion value. The measurement is carried out by comparing and testing, and standard parts need to be calibrated;

6、 Laser marking: Print the measured protrusion value on the designated end face of the bearing;
