Function description:
(1) Fat injection: Adopting a single-sided grease injection form, using non-contact optical fiber positioning. After the optical fiber finds the grease injection position, the motor drives the grease injection head to rotate to the designated position and then drop the grease injection to prevent the grease injection head from pressing the product during grease injection. The material requirement for the grease injection head is brass;
(2) Weighing inspection: High precision electronic scales are used to weigh the product before and after grease injection, with an accuracy of 0.01g;
(3) Uniform grease: using electric drive to rotate the inner or outer ring of the bearing to achieve uniform grease effect;
