The fully automatic inner and outer groove diameter measurement and assembly machine for small and medium-sized ball bearings selects and matches according to the parameters of the steel balls. Finally, the paired inner and outer rings are sent to the corresponding steel ball trays, and the ball loading is completed manually.

More suitable for loose ball bearings with a ball angle less than 180 degrees

More suitable for the assembly of ball bearings with multiple varieties and few batches, automatic selection avoids manual errors, and ball installation is completed manually
